DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Introduction:
Diesel particulate filters (DPF) are devices that physically capture diesel particulate matter (PM) to prevent their release into the atmosphere. Diesel particulate filter materials have been developed that show impressive filtration efficiencies, over 90%, as well as good mechanical and thermal durability. Diesel particulate filters have become the most effective technology for the control of diesel particulate emissions - including particle mass and numbers - with high efficiencies.
DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Development:
To meet China Stage VI / Euro 6 and above emission regulations, WFEC has developed the catalysts and coating process technology for DPFs. The catalyst coated in the pores of the filter wall can improve passive regeneration to extend regeneration intervals and cut the fuel cost, as well as the reduction of HC and CO. The CDPFs with lower back pressure and better catalytic activity can be applied to various diesel vehicles.
